  • Unroll and stretch the fabric to the next terminal post. Place the tension bar temporarily about three feet in from the next post. Using the fence stretcher, stretch the fabric from the tension bar to the post. Remove the tension bar and reposition as needed. Repeat this procedure for each section of fence. Attach the fencing to the top rail and line posts with the fence ties. Attach the fencing to the bottom wire with the wire clips.
